Changes:
- All: Processing indicators have been added
to all tabs (they were previously only shown on
the IR1/IR2 tabs) to show activity during preset
changes.
- All: The currently selected preset number in
the radio browser did not always correctly
update.
- All: The post-EQ LFO was incorrectly timed
when operating above 44.1kHz.
